Understanding Your Warranty
Your new home warranty is a set of coverages that begins with your pre-delivery inspection prior to taking possession of your new home. At the inspection of your new home, you’ll be able to document any deficiencies for repair.

From there your warranty consists of one, two and seven-year coverages. The managing body for new home warranties in Ontario is Tarion and there’s no better place to read about and understand what is covered along the way.
