Marshall Homes is a family-run business built on integrity, thoughtful design, and craftsmanship in every home and community we create. Since 1992, our philosophy has remained the same: build fewer homes, and build them better than other leading developers.
Our homes are long-lasting and beautifully designed, with features and details that bigger builders often charge a premium for. At Marshall, quality comes first—because it’s the homes that matter, not the volume we sell.
Thirty years ago, we made a choice we continue to stand by: more homes or better homes. We choose better.

With the launch of Riverside Estates, we added 10 grand ravine lots to our sought-after Riverside community on the Pickering/Ajax border.
RIVERBEND LAUNCHES
Riverbend featured 31 homes in a variety of styles including 25’, 30’ and 37’ singles, plus semi-detached designs. A home for every lifestyle.
RIVERSIDE LAUNCHES
Our Riverside community featured 36 new homes backing onto Urfe’s Creek, a short iron to the Riverside Golf Course.
FRENCHMAN’S BAY LAUNCHES
With 38 homes on Frenchman’s Bay in Pickering, it didn’t take long for this community to sell out.
FINCH & ALTONA LAUNCHES
Marshall’s roots in the Finch & Altona neighbourhood run deep and it started here, with the first phase of our family-sized urban towns.
THREE BOUTIQUE COMMUNITIES
2000 was huge for us as we launched three boutique communities, Whitby on the Park, Rougemount and Stonehampton, all in the same year!
WOODVIEW ON THE PARK
This was our second community. Again, our focus early on was to build fewer homes so we could offer better designs, premium finishes and know each customer by their name.
OUR FIRST COMMUNITY
Tall Trees was our very first community in Durham. It was 15 homes, designed and detailed with the same passion and craftsmanship that Marshall is known for today.
