Typically we will build your dream cottage on your lot. It could be a vacant property on the edge of a forest or waterfront in cottage country.

SEE THE BIG PICTURE
When we meet, we’ll discuss everything it will take to build your dream cottage, including land servicing, building permits and landscaping. These costs will be included in your contract so there are no surprises or overages.
STEP 3
PICK A PLAN AND MAKE IT YOURS
Over the years, we’ve designed and refined our cottage plans to fit just about any lifestyle. Once you find the one you love, you can customize bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen or create a spectacular wrap around porch.
STEP 4
LOCK IN YOUR GUARANTEED PRICE
Now that you’ve decided where and what to build and we’ve covered all the bases in terms of land costs, we’ll give you a guaranteed price. If we go over budget, for any reason, we’ll cover the difference, no questions asked.

KICK BACK AND RELAX
