Depending on its complexity, a new home can be completed in as little as 8 months after the issuance of a building permit.

We build homes primarily in York region, Durham Region and the Kawarthas. We are able to build wherever you own land across the GTA.

At Marshall Homes, we provide you with a Standard Draw Package (documents proving construction progress required to release loan funds) to easily facilitate the financing process. This package has been accepted by all the major “A” banks.

Yes, owning land is required to build custom. Marshall Homes maintains an inventory of vacant lots for purchase if you are interested in building a custom home. View our lots available at Appleview or By Frenchman’s Bay.

Yes, Marshall Homes is a full-service builder. We manage every element of the new home journey. We ensure correct zoning prior to even entering the design phase, have the property rezoned if required, and arrange for the building permits, ensuring a stress-free and seamless construction process.

A fixed price keeps the process honest. You know exactly what you will be receiving for the price quoted. Some builders offer “cost plus” to secure the job. They quote low to be awarded the job but then costs quickly escalate and rapidly inflate budgets. This increases the risks of jobs going unfinished, compromises on design, and dissatisfaction with a build.

Absolutely. It is illegal to build a new home in Ontario without Tarion. Any attempt by a builder to circumvent Tarion is a clear red flag from the outset.
