STEP 1
PRELIMINARY CALL
Our first interaction will be to gather your contact information, answer any general questions, confirm if you already own a lot and ultimately determine if we’re a good fit for each other.
STEP 2
KICK OFF MEET
Here, we’re doing a full review of your custom build, ideally in person. We’ll cover things like your lot size and restrictions, budget, timeline, design wish list and rough pricing. We’ll decide on your floor plan. You can pick from one of ours, bring your own ideas or have an architect create one (we have referrals).
STEP 3
TIMELINE & QUOTE
At this stage, all the design drawings have been completed, reviewed and we’ll be presenting you with a detailed quote and contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, standard finishes and an all-in price.
STEP 4
CONSTRUCTION PREP
Upon approval of the contract, we’ll prepare and submit your building permit application and begin the meeting process with our decor team to select your colours and finishes.
STEP 5
DEMO/GROUND WORK
Once your building permit is approved, we’ll have the green light to ‘break ground’. If you have an existing structure on your property, we’ll start with demolition. Otherwise it’s digging for footings and foundations, framing, exterior cladding and then inside for all the amazing things that will make your custom build, one-of-a-kind.
